Philanthropy

Each year, the brothers of Phi Kappa Psi partner with the sisters of Alpha Omicron Pi, to dance for the Penn State IFC/Panhellenic Dance Marathon, or THON. THON is the largest student-run philanthropy in the world. THON's mission is to conquer pediatric cancer and to offer support to the families of The Four Diamonds Fund.  Each year, over 15,000 Penn State students help to raise money and awareness with their efforts culminating in a 46-hour dance marathon held in February. The Bryce Jordan Center is full of energy and excitement during THON Weekend as 700 dancers go 46 hours without sleeping or sitting. We love being in the stands and on the floor all weekend long to support our dancers. Phi Kappa Psi and Alpha Omicron Pi are proud to have contributed an astonishing $262,603 to The Four Diamonds Fund in 2023.
